AiRISTA’s premier personnel tag for duress alerts and real-time location services (RTLS) has received an important update.
Introducing the new B4i personnel tag, an update to the previous B4n model.
This new device includes all the same reliable features as the earlier model, now with improved connectivity and battery lifetime.
The longevity of an upgraded battery.
The key improvement in the new model is an improved battery lifetime. The B4i offers a rated cycle life of 800 cycles, more than two-and-a-half times its predecessor at 300 cycles.
This means the battery has been tested to charged and fully discharge more than 800 times and still maintain up to 70% of its original capacity. For a small form-factor and daily used electronic asset, this is a significant advance, impacting the longevity and turnover rate of your assets.

Updated to current standards.
Less visible but equally important are the updates in the inner workings via updated firmware.
The B4i now offers compliance with the latest Bluetooth Low Energy 5.2 version, improving tracking and data transfer.
These trackers are backwards compatible with existing implementations. As the older version is phased out, new orders including for existing customers, will be fulfilled with the latest technology.
