Ikonix Connect Product Specific Details

The following sections relate specifically to the Ikonix Connect app. Ikonix Connect is intended to be used with an account provided by an organisation that you’re affiliated with, such as your work (“your organisation”). In providing this service, an agreement between us and your organisation governs the data retention requirements for your environment. You should also be aware that authorised individuals in your organisation can control and administer your account, and access and process data you provide when using the service.

Information We Collect

Your Personal Information - You provide us with your email address in order to login to your account. Your basic personal information like your name and phone number is provided to us by your organisation. We use this information to provide you with an account to access our services and to provide a contact directory service to all users of Ikonix Connect within your organisation.

Your Contacts – You can use the share contacts feature of Ikonix Connect to share contact details from your device’s contacts list with other Ikonix Connect users.

Your Location – You can use the share location feature of Ikonix Connect to share your current location with other Ikonix Connect users.

Instant Messaging, Photos, Videos and Audio – When you use Ikonix Connect to send messages and other information to other users of Ikonix Connect, we store that information on our servers, and it will be accessible to authorised users of your organisation.

Device and Connection Related data – When you install, access, or use our services, we collect the device and connection related information. This includes device ID, operating system information, hardware model, app version. We use this information to improve and troubleshoot issues with the service.

How Do We Manage and Retain Your Information?

We use information we collect for internal purposes only and to provide the service to you. We do not sell or rent information about you.
