We’ve expanded our team with the experience and expertise of Summa Gard as our newest Customer Success Manager.
We’re excited to welcome Summa to Ikonix Technology as our new Customer Success Manager. With more than a decade of experience spanning leadership, project management, and customer engagement, she brings a proven ability to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes. Her career has seen her work with major corporates, government agencies, and private customers, giving her a broad perspective on how to deliver value at every level.
At Ikonix Technology, Summa’s role is all about ensuring our customers get the most out of our systems. She’ll be working closely with clients across South Australia and nationally to support critical messaging rollouts, engaging stakeholders, and helping healthcare institutions and enterprises unlock greater efficiency through our communication solutions.
Beyond her customer expertise, Summa also has a passion for the built environment and a background in architecture and design. This gives her a unique perspective on system delivery in the healthcare sector, particularly as governments invest heavily in digital infrastructure.
